1. Eligibility for Return
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
✔ The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
✔ The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
✔ A return request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
Important:
We do not accept returns for reasons related to color variation, size preference, or “change of mind,” as product textures and colors may appear slightly different due to lighting and screen settings.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:
- Items bought during Sale, Discount, or Clearance.
- Custom-made, altered, or pre-ordered products.
- Accessories and delicate handcrafted items.
- Products damaged due to customer handling.
3. Return Process
Step 1 – Raise a Request

with your:
- Order ID
- Reason for return
- Clear photos/videos of the issue
Step 2 – Verification
Our Quality Team will review your request within 24–48 hours.
Step 3 – Pickup / Self-Ship
If approved, we will schedule a pickup or request you to self-ship the item in its original packaging.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed only when:
✔ The product is defective or incorrect
✔ The return request is approved
✔ The product passes our QC inspection after reaching our warehouse
Refund Timeline
- Prepaid Orders: Refund credited to your original payment method within 5–7 working days
- Cash on Delivery Orders: Refund via Bank Transfer / UPI within 5–7 working days
Note:
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
5. Exchange Policy
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges.
Customers may place a fresh order after receiving their refund (if applicable).
6. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase.
Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled.
7. Damaged or Missing Items
If the product is damaged or partially missing, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing video proof.
